Eijaz Khan was born on 28 August 1976, to Satar Khan and Shaheen (died in 1991) in Hyderabad, Telangana. He has one younger brother, Imran, and one younger sister, Suraiya Khan.

Completed his early education in Our Lady of Perpetual Succour High School in Chembur, Mumbai, and get graduated as a Civil Engineer in Datta Mehe College of Engineering, Mumbai.

He also studied in the School of International Service at American University, Washington, DC.
