Hima Das is an Indian sprint runner and athlete who won India’s first track and field gold medal at the IAAF World Championships in 2018. her nicknamed the Dhing Express and The Golden Girl.’  she is the first woman in the Indian history to receive a gold medal in a global racing event.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated her on Twitter after she won the gold medal in the World U20 Championship.

Golden Girl Hima is one of the participants who has taken part in the 400m race at U-20 World Championship.

She has taken around 51.46 seconds to finish the 400m race at first place. During the event, she has tough competition with the Jamaican athletes.
