I Was Arrested By Security Personnel For Coming Out As Gay – Actor Uche Maduagwu

A well-known Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu, has been detained by security officers for revealing that he is gay.

We’re reminded of the day yesterday when the actor posted on social media to declare that he is proudly gay. The actor’s comments have landed him in hot water.

In a recent post posted through Instagram, Uche Maduagwu revealed that he was detained by security officials because of his identity as homosexual due to the country’s official pointers don’t aid homosexuality.

Fortunately, the actor spoke about his launch. In addition, he has been announcing that he’ll likely lead an upcoming protest if authorities of the federal government don’t take action to end this ASUU Strike.

In his own words, “I was arrested this afternoon by security officers because the fact that I was an LGBT person and also for telling President Biden to punish Buhari for his Bauchi Undemocratic Sharia ruling regarding LGBT.

Thank God that I’m now free. I’m likely to lead in a demonstration in the event that Government isn’t able to end this strike. ASUU strike.”
