Who is Jeffree Star?

Jeffrey Steininger is an American model, stylist, singer, disc-jockey, and makeup artist. Star was born in 1985 in Orange County. His father died when Star was still a child, so he was often left alone while his mother worked as a model even away from home. From an early age, driven by an obsessive interest, he enjoyed experimenting with makeup using his mother’s tricks. Star also stated that he understood he was gay already in early childhood.

Also, Star’s MySpace profile recorded over 27,500,000 plays on the Plastic Surgery Slumber Party in August 2007.

In the summer of 2007, Star was announced as a guest of the 2007 True Colours Tour, held in the United States and Canada to coincide with the Pride month (the month of gay pride. The proceeds of the tour, sponsored by the LGBT Logo Channel, were intended for Human Rights Campaign, although it was announced as a special guest in many cities on the west coast.
